Recap/Intro

Last we left off, our Adventurers escaped the Darkonis estate through nearby sewers, eventually getting back on the street. Morgrun suggested that they split up and meet back up later.

After a long rest and another breakfast from Norman, they began to make their way back to the coincounter knights, and saw more guard presence than usual, like they were looking for people. their usual entry point to the sewers now guarded, they continued looking and found a safe passage, if a bit longer.

After arriving at the Coincounter Knights headquarters, Cyrano passed along information to Daisy, that being that a man ordered a large amount of treated Arcis Lumber under the name of "Zephyr". Morgrun completed the ritual to dispell the curse from the retrieved doll, and Norman B was all too willing to impart anything he knew

Learning that the barrels were coming in from a ship called "The Mad Fortune", and that they were being taken north up the docks, the group strategized on their next move. Morgrun offered getting them in contact with the Coincounter's Benefactor, and a meeting was set for the evening. in the meantime, they agreed on contacting Count Darius Tyrell to see if they can get any further information from the dockmaster, after aligning their story with Gurgash

After a brief meeting with Darius Tyrell which gave them access to the dockmasters records room as auditors, Norman and Gilbert made their way inside, while Daisy, Lagaruk and Grub attracted the attention of nearby guards, and narrowly escaped further investigation. two record logs of The Mad Fortune bringing in various monster parts to The Wild Wardens warehouse were found and confiscated, aswell as the name of the Dockmaster on duty, Ulada Saltborn.

Information in hand, it was quickly time for their meeting with the Coincounter's Benefactor at The Lucky Dip. they made their way inside and was directed to a room upstairs, where they came face to face with Count Torinn Rubyeye, and that, is where we last left off, what would you all like to do?

Summary

Met with Torinn Rubyeye. had a small discussion around who he believes might be aiding the Darkonis, which he believes to either be Gilbert Walmart or Victoria Cromwell, but also that they're likely being deceived too if their goals are for the necromancy artifact. he passed a long a missive stating that the adventuring group is in his employ and to have access to the Tower district, aswell as promising to bring them on as "extra security" for the virellus reserve on the day of the ceremony.

Group did rat-con at the Wild Wardens warehouse. they planned on making a distraction to sneak a look at the map that a group of pirates were looking over about where to place the bombs. unfortunately, they were narrowly spotted and a fight broke out. The leader, a goliath man, managed to free a Displacer Beast and burn off a piece of the map before dying
